And nor are the generations that raised us. The art of lacing and tinkery, in which are the current generations actively participating in particular are slowly disappearing. In today’s world they are no longer as popular as they once were, as they could not have been missing in any household. Therefore, we have decided to immortalize these crafts and we offered the tinkers and lacing craftswomen to join the project Painted Equator Gallery. Their work will become a legacy and a memory for future generations, which will have a look at them in a few years at the newly built Gallery.
